Our Printing Equipment
To meet the high demand of quality and turn around time in the print industry, The Printer’s Printer understands the “all-in-one” concept. Over the years our facility has added equipment to meet the quick turn around time needed in the market place today. By being a one stop printing company, projects are not being traveled for other services. The Printer’s Printer handles each project from start to finish without ever leaving the building until delivery.
Our equipment will ensure the highest quality and the faster production turnaround of your orders:
Pre-Press:
- Heidelberg Direct to plate system with Heidelberg closed loop color proofing system
- Pre-press manager fully automated processing (24 hrs day) with online flip-page technology proofing
Press Room:
- Two 8-color 40 inch Heidelberg Speedmaster Perfectors (4/4 one pass or 8/0) running in tandem on multiple shifts (7am – midnight for super turn times and quality), with our 10-color 40 inch Akiyama
In-House Bindery Services:
- Two (2) Polar Computerized 44-inch cutter with Stacker and Jogger
- Three (3) 26 x 40 MBO Folders and three (3) 26 x 40 Stahl Folder
- Two (2) Muller Presto Saddle Stitcher ( 6 pkt & CVR feeder)
- Two (2) Muller Perfect Binder (12 pkt + cvr feeder)
- 3 Hole Drill
U.V. Coating:
- Overall U.V. Coating
- Up to 28” x 40” Sheet (gloss / satin / dull / soft touch)
- On conventional or digital printing, no gripper necessary
- In-house projects or your pre-printed out-source needs
Mailing Services:
- Surefeed inkjet (8 head ) system with high heat inline dryer and inline tabber
- High speed mailing software which provides standardization and presort postal information assuring the lowest possible postage rates
Shipping and Delivery System:
- Deliveries can be made upon request, to you or your customer with our generic truck and delivery receipt
- Shipping of all orders is provided on a case-by-case basis according to customer preference
- Customers have the option to request their shipping method (Customer Pickup, UPS Shipping, Direct Delivery) upon placing their order
